📋 About Our Buy from China Service
ChinaShip's Buy from China service allows you to purchase products from Chinese platforms (Taobao, 1688, JD, AliExpress and others) — we handle procurement, inspection and international shipping to South Africa on your behalf.
Please note: While we can provide general purchasing advice, due to the vast number of products and sellers, we are unable to verify the authenticity of products you select, cannot guarantee product quality, and are not able to assess whether any brand or product may infringe on intellectual property rights. Any issues arising from product quality, authenticity, or customs restrictions — as well as consequences during international transit — are the responsibility of the customer. As this is a proxy purchasing service for products you have specifically selected, once the goods have been ordered, entered international shipping (packed and dispatched), or delivered to you, you may not request a return, exchange, compensation, or refund from us if you are dissatisfied with the goods purchased.
If you are able to order directly from your supplier, you can instruct them to ship the items to our China warehouse. You can find our warehouse address and your personal warehouse code under My Dashboard → My Warehouse Addresses. Please ask your supplier to include your personal code in the shipping address so our team can identify your parcel upon arrival.
Once you've placed your order with the supplier, please also declare the parcel in our system via My Dashboard → Declare Parcel, so you can track and manage its movement. For step-by-step guidance, see Help Center → How to add your parcels for international shipping.
Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse, we will handle international shipping and ensure delivery to your address in South Africa.
Important reminder: Before purchasing, please let us know the type of goods. Some products may be classified as sensitive or restricted cargo, or may involve internationally registered trademarks. We will advise you and help find a suitable shipping solution in advance.

💡 Understanding Your Costs
① Product Cost — Item price + seller's domestic shipping to our warehouse (some sellers offer free shipping). Both are settled when you place your order.
② International Shipping — After your items arrive at our warehouse in China, we'll notify you to pay the international freight. 🧮 Estimate shipping → In terms of local delivery cost from our South Africa Warehouse to your address, we give customer option either pick up from our warehouse with free of charge, or we deliver with courier service at customers cost.
